With Memorial Day weekend coming up, a lot of New Yorkers are scrambling to find an excuse to get out of the city. However, if you’re looking for something local to do for the first long weekend of summer, OAK recommends checking out the first ever Brooklyn edition of Horse Meat Disco. OAK’s own Cameron Cooper will be hosting the event alongside Ladyfag, Desi Monster and Viva Ruiz, and Spank DJs Will Automagic and Sean B will kick off the night with an opening set. It all goes down at 11 PM at Output, which boasts one of the best soundsystems in the US, a perfect fit for the first Brooklyn outing of Europe’s top disco collective (and is just a few short blocks from our Brooklyn store).
